Our Support Groups
Create the community you deserve with our support groups. It takes a village and we would love to help you find yours. All groups are free or 'pay what you can' with a suggested donation of $5-$20. Venmo or cash accepted.

Pregnancy Group
Every Tuesday, 5:30-6:30pm 📍 Wellness Village NH, Manchester NH Gather with other pregnant people to talk about how you're feeling, share or listen to one another and get some questions answered. Hosted by a birth doula and educator, this group will provide both emotional and informational support.

Postpartum Group
Every Tuesday, 10am-12pm 📍 Wellness Village NH, Manchester NH (additional times/locations offered, see below) Gather with other postpartum parents and newborns to talk about how you're healing, what thoughts and feelings you're exploring, and learn together that it truly takes a village. We are here for you!
Who can attend? Parents and newborns who are in their "fourth trimester" or are within the first 12 months or so postpartum. (If you are beyond those first 12 months postpartum, you are welcome to attend as long as space permits.) RSVPs are required so we know how many folks to anticipate. Dads + Partners Group
1st Saturday of the month, 10-11am 📍 Wellness Village NH, Manchester NH Come meet up with other dads + partners to connect, build resources and create genuine relationships. Our mission is to strengthen the community for parents, providing a safe space to share both the wins and struggles of fatherhood.
Whether you're new or seasoned, this group is for you and your little one(s). This group is open to all dads + partners, with a commitment to inclusivity and support for every unique journey.
