Holistic Birth & Beyond is a New Hampshire-based company that provides perinatal services to families in NH, MA & beyond. Founder Allison Morgan, CLD, CPD, CLE, CBE did her initial doula training in 2017 and after a busy solo practice HBB was expanded into an agency in September 2021.

Meet AllisonAllison (she/her) is the founder and owner of Holistic Birth & Beyond and began her doula journey in 2017. Allison is a birth & postpartum doula, childbirth & lactation educator, reiki practitioner, birth story mentor and certified placenta encapsulation specialist. Allison is grateful to have supported 300+ families on their pregnancy and postpartum journeys.
The entire perinatal timeframe is so much more than baby registries, maternity photos and nursery painting. This is a time of transition. This chapter will transform you into a new parent and a new version of yourself. We aren't meant to navigate this alone; that's where our team comes in. Going beyond baby gadgets and pregnancy glow to reveal your inner thoughts, conflicts, hopes and instincts that live below the surface is a passion of hers. Allison's style is usually considered to be calming and observant, balancing evidence-based conversation and a nurturing presence to help families have satisfying, empowering experiences.
Providing warmth and unconditional love for parents, newborns and the family as a whole is an honor. Being part of such a vulnerable, intimate experience is extraordinary and something Allison truly cherishes. Allison lives in Goffstown, NH with her family. When not at a birth or meeting with clients & colleagues, you can find Allison spending time with her family, friends and houseplants. |

Samantha was very informative during our prenatal visit. She walked us through all of the options for our birth plan in great detail and offered options to ease stress and encourage healthy labor and delivery, such as medjool dates and red raspberry leaf tea. She spent more time with us than what is typically allotted which was greatly appreciated.

I was on the fence in the beginning about whether I really needed a doula or not and once I decided to get an epidural I really wasn’t sure I needed the extra support as my original birth plan was to go unmedicated which is why I wanted the extra support to get me through the contractions. However, Melissa was amazing and I’m so glad that we had her there. She’s been a great resource throughout the pregnancy, birth and postpartum and I would 100% be interested in working with her again if we decide to have another.

She offered tons of resources for any topics we were curious about and showed us ways that my husband could support me through some pain I was experiencing from the pregnancy. She took the time to build a rapport with both of us before the birth which made us both that much more comfortable that day.
I interviewed a few doulas from other groups and none of them compared to what is offered here, nor did I feel as confident as I did meeting with Allison and Kizzy. I cannot find the words to express my appreciation or gratitude for the two of you. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!
