Childbirth education helps folks turn fear into power, increases the likelihood of a spontaneous vaginal birth, is a practical way of preparing for birth and informs your intuition.

Placenta Encapsulation

​Placenta encapsulation is a process where the placenta is transformed into capsules that can be taken during the postpartum chapter. Reported benefits are balanced mood, increased milk supply, energy boost and more.

Support Groups

We recognize how important it is to find community so we lead support groups for: pregnancy and postpartum. Our warm & non-judgmental groups are held weekly and are a time to connect with others who are in a similar chapter of life. Join us!

Lactation Education

Lactation education includes information on positioning, latch, newborn cues, troubleshooting things like mastitis and low supply, pumping and more. Bring your questions and learn in a group or private setting.

Bless the Mama Ceremony

Bless the Mama ceremonies are a way to celebrate the pregnant person in a sacred, intentional way. Unlike a baby shower, this ceremony is uniquely created with the recipient in mind as close friends & family gather to share in this new chapter.

Reiki treatments promote balance during pregnancy, healing during postpartum and overall well-being for newborns. Let's embrace, honor and celebrate your mind, body and soul.

Holistic Birth & Beyond is located in New Hampshire and provides in-person services to those in NH or southern MA. Virtual and online services are also available to residents of New Hampshire and to anyone outside of the New Hampshire / Massachusetts area.

She offered tons of resources for any topics we were curious about and showed us ways that my husband could support me through some pain I was experiencing from the pregnancy.
