Pregnancy Group
Every Tuesday, 5:30-6:30pm Gather with other pregnant people to talk about how you're feeling, share or listen to one another and get some questions answered. Hosted by a birth doula and educator, this group will provide both emotional and informational support. Join us!

Postpartum Group
Every Tuesday, 10am-12pm (additional times offered, see below) Gather with other postpartum parents and newborns to talk about how you're healing, what thoughts and feelings you're exploring, and learn together that it truly takes a village. We are here for you!
Who can attend? Parents and newborns who are in their "third trimester" or are within the first 12 months or so postpartum.
